Your area of responsibility
Management of existing customer relationships (key accounts), support in the acquisition of new customers and market observation
Leading, supplementing and developing a team of field service, office and back office staff
Definition of medium and long-term sales targets as well as development and realisation of the strategy and implementation measures
Preparation of the annual sales budget (in relation to market potential) in co-operation with the management
Support in the development of accompanying support functions such as marketing, product development, sales controlling, reporting, etc.
Operational coordination with the other functional areas of the internal value chain
Your profile
You have a commercial qualification and have relevant professional and management experience
You are service-orientated and work independently, analytically and goal-oriented
You have good communication skills and can lead a team
You have good software knowledge (ERP system & Office 365)
