Your tasks will include

• Operation and further development of the server and network infrastructure
• Support for virtualization using VMware and application provisioning using Citrix
• Support of the Microsoft 365 Cloud (Entra-ID, Exchange Online, Teams)
• Installation, maintenance and support of the IT client environment
• Support, administration and validation of specialist applications
• Implementation and documentation of activities under GMP
• Accepting, analyzing and processing service and support requests via ticket system

You bring with you

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification
• Careful and precise way of working
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Very good communication and teamwork skills
