ph3Mechanical Production Engineer – Work Preparation Group /h3 h3Job Description /h3 pbYour daily tasks responsibilities /b /p ul liWork in accordance with applicable procedure as per Design Organisation Exposition (DO-Handbook), Production Organisation Exposition (PO-Handbook), Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and other AMAC Specifications. /li liEnsure correct consideration and application of Certification Basis, Rules and Regulations, Means of Compliance and Interpretations in the engineering output for the product, system or installation designed. /li liEnsure adequate communication and liaison internally, especially with the Engineering Team, Project management as well as with external Third Parties. /li liAct as Mechanical Production Engineer – Work Preparation Group. /li liDesign and engineering within the scope of work of the Design Organisation. /li liProduction work preparation and support (example: implementation of PCR production change request). /li liProcessing and administration of engineering manufacturing data (WO in AMOS, Engineering tracking tool update, archiving of WO and Manufacturing tracing tag). /li liAdministration and interface of material information (Materials ordering, Standard Parts, Quantity management) and ordering interface to the logistics department. /li liSupporting the Mechanical Production Engineering Manager in administrative and organizational tasks. /li liEngineering liaison and support. /li liProduction liaison and support. /li liChecking, processing and administration of engineering manufacturing data (drawings and Engineering Change Order). /li liFollow up of Workpackage / WOs closure (issuance of EASA form 1, statement of conformity). /li /ul pbThe expertise you have skills you bring /b /p ul liProfound understanding of production planning and preparation. /li liMinimum 2 years’ experience within a production environment preferably within aviation. /li liAviation / Engineering degree or similar qualification in addition will be an advantage. /li liComputer literate with MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point). /li liExperience with an ERP system, preferably AMOS. /li liGood communication skills in English; German or French in addition will be an advantage. /li liPro‑active team player with an project oriented functioning. /li liDedicated to quality, reliability, safety with a positive mindset. /li /ul pbWhat we offer (among other things) /b /p ul liWorking in an owner‑managed, young and dynamic company with hands‑on mentality /li liMultifaceted, challenging and responsible position within an exclusive environment /li liAttractive employment conditions and social benefits like at least 5 weeks of holidays /li liA workplace in the middle of the city of Basel and various employee discounts (Fleets, Bars Restaurants etc.) /li liCorporate events like our summer BBQ and the famous annual Christmas Party /li /ul pbAdditional information /b /p ul liGeneral working place: Hangar Facilities at EuroAirport Basel‑Mulhouse‑Freiburg /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
