Your Benefits: Diverse and challenging tasks Targeted professional development opportunities Attractive earning potential Modern work environment Your Tasks: Managing and coordinating the monthly payroll process for employees in Italy Handling payroll processes in ADP GlobalView and supporting Workday-related activities Reviewing payroll inputs, outputs and reconciliation reports for accuracy and completeness Processing employee lifecycle changes, including hires, terminations, transfers and rehires Ensuring compliance with Italian payroll regulations and statutory reporting requirements Managing Italy-specific payroll topics, including CCNL requirements, EGR bonus schemes, statutory contributions and social security Investigating payroll discrepancies and resolving issues in a timely manner Responding to employee payroll queries and providing support on payroll-related matters Coordinating with internal teams such as HR, Finance and People Operations as well as external payroll providers Maintaining payroll documentation and supporting knowledge transfer within the team Your Profile: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Italian payroll Strong knowledge of Italian payroll legislation and compliance requirements Experience managing payroll for medium-sized or large organizations with 300+ employees Experience handling complex employee lifecycle changes and payroll corrections Fluent English skills, both written and spoken Independent and structured working style with limited need for supervision Experience with ADP GlobalView is an advantage Knowledge of Workday HCM is desirable Experience in a multinational company or shared service center is a plus Experience supporting payroll transitions, transformations or outsourced payroll processes is advantageous Amadeus Fire ist Ihr spezialisierter Personaldienstleister im kaufmännischen und IT-Bereich.
