About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our team in learning, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow\’s Generative AI solutions, with a particular focus on AIOps. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI-driven IT operations while working with a leading enterprise platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and explore ServiceNow\’s Generative AI and AIOps capabilities.
• Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow AI solutions.
• Support the integration of AI models into IT operations workflows.
• Analyze system performance and optimize AI-driven automation.
• Document findings, best practices, and configurations for internal knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, automation, and IT operations.

Your Profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor\’s or Master\’s program in Computer Science, IT, AI, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow or a strong interest in learning the platform.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or automation concepts is a plus.
• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) or AIOps is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
