Brief Call : Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews : During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study : Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager F/M/X to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and possess the ability to effectively manage and coordinate project development and execution phases, ensuring all technical and operational requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Owner’s technical and operability requirements, including cybersecurity/IT, are properly reflected in the Project Basis of Design, GSA, and E&C Contract.
- Manage technical aspects of project development and FEEDs, focusing on Basis of Design and managing external technical interfaces.
- Filter and manage End Customer comments, responding directly where possible or forwarding necessary information to the team.
- Ensure a smooth flow of information between the team and End Customer, protecting confidential information.
- Act as the primary point of contact for End Customer, managing their comments and ensuring accurate relay of information to appropriate teams.
- Define the project Basis of Design and Site Data Sheet accurately, covering all technical requirements.
- Lead the validation of technical deliverables and the Facilities Scope Definition, coordinating technical reviews with experts and ensuring implementation of comments.
- Review the Facilities Scope Definition package to ensure it meets Customer requirements.
- Verify the DA/ODVA strategy and ensure its correct assignment within the project scope.
- Identify primary process risks with the Process Risk Manager and propose adequate mitigation actions.
- Support the Operation Readiness Lead in performing the Operational Readiness assessment/work plan and identifying Operational requirements.
- Adapt the TI Plan according to project requirements during project execution.
Your Profile:
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- You have proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with expertise in managing technical aspects of project development and execution.
- You have strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
- You have excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- You have effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ideally, you hold relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) which are a plus.
