Monitoring and coordination of the entire order process up to handover to the customer Interface between engineering and production Customer contact by phone and in writing Organization of transport processing with forwarding companies Handling of complaints Support in daily administrative and organizational operations Your Profile
Completed commercial education Technical understanding in an administrative area Structured and team-oriented way of working Good German and English skills, spoken and written Confident handling of MS Office Initial experience with ERP systems (e.g. Infor) is an advantage We Offer
