Responsibilities
- Receive and prepare inventory for delivery.
- Use technology such as scanners, computers, and handheld printers.
- Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
- Receive truck deliveries of customer packages.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in German and/or English; able to understand and follow all job‑related and safety guidelines.
- Physically able to lift items up to 15 kg, stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Ability to view prompts on screens and follow directions for tasks.
- Comfortable moving items with carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear; able to navigate stairs where applicable.
- Willing to work in environments with varying temperatures and moving vehicles.
Wages
Day shift: 15.80 € gross per hour, with a guaranteed adjustment after 12 months to 16.86 €/h and after 24 months to 18.14 €/h.
Night shift: 20.54 €/h gross, including a tax‑free night bonus of 4.74 €/h for hours worked between 01:30 and 06:00 am, according to the night shift policy.
Shifts
Full‑time (+30 hours per week) or part‑time (12+ hours per week) options with fixed shift schedules. Working week: Monday to Saturday, five days, with two Saturdays per month.

Transportation
All employees receive a Deutschlandticket (worth €63.00 monthly) free of charge.
Free shuttle buses are available.
