Key responsibilities
Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
Engaging with AWS customers and internal stakeholders as trusted security advisors to executives and technical teams
Promoting Amazon's culture of security and maintaining the highest security standards throughout interactions with customers, partners, peers and internal stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
Experience in cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system
5+ years of hands‑on security experience in two or more of the following: Cloud Security, Application Security (security SDLC, threat modeling, code review), Identity & Access Management, Network Security, Data Protection, Incident Response
Hands‑on experience implementing enterprise security solutions (Data Loss Prevention, WAF, SIEM, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant security certifications (AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, CCSP, etc.) are a plus
Experience with complex, cloud transformation projects
Strategic thinking and decision‑making capabilities in ambiguous environments
