Our Amazon DSP team is looking for a Programmatic Solutions Analyst to join our growing team based in Germany. In this customer‑facing, analyst role, you will manage the end‑to‑end experience of our enterprise customers—programmatic trading desks—helping them meet and exceed their business objectives.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the relationship with programmatic traders, engaging with them to understand their needs and blockers.
- Provide services such as onboarding, trade desk support plans, feature training, continuous product usage consultation, and industry best practices.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify improvement areas, root causes, and formulate enablement and adoption recommendations.
- Drive the evolution of Amazon DSP by assisting customers with product beta participation, capturing customer feedback, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional Amazon teams (Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and Specialists).
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in programmatic advertising.
- Experience in digital advertising and client‑facing roles.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Experience in omni‑channel marketing, search engine marketing, or search engine optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of programmatic ad technology.
- Excellent organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
