Sr Software Engineer – DevOps, RIVR

pRIVR, an Amazon company, is building Physical AI by deploying autonomous robots for real-world doorstep delivery. Operating daily in diverse urban environments, RIVR's robots continuously learn from and navigate the millions of scenarios encountered during deliveries. By owning the full stack from software to hardware, RIVR is purpose-built for safety, reliability, and the customer from day one. /p pWe are looking for a mid-level DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliable and efficient development and deployment of our robotics software. You will focus on building and maintaining the infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that enable our engineering teams to rapidly and safely iterate on software for our physical robots. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines for robotics software deployment, including further developing and managing observability and telemetry pipelines. /li liWork closely with software and robotics engineers to automate infrastructure and streamline workflows. /li liImplement best practices for code security, versioning, and reproducibility. /li liManage and maintain our development environments, including containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes). /li liTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues. /li liContribute to documentation and guidelines to enhance knowledge sharing across the team. /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 3 years of experience in DevOps or a related field. /li liProficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.). /li liStrong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). /li liExperience with C++ build tools (i.e. CMake). /li liFamiliarity with version control systems (Git). /li liBachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with robotics software development or a related domain. /li liExperience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform). /li liFamiliarity with ROS2. /li /ul pAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
