Overview
In this role, you design and deliver production-grade data platforms and data products for Healthcare and Life Sciences, enabling AI-ready data ecosystems. You’ll work within the HCLS practice to transform complex data estates into governed assets and enable AI agents and foundation models to reason securely in regulated environments. You’ll operate autonomously on data architecture, pipelines, and ontology/knowledge graph layers that support AI-driven workflows. This is a hands-on, high-impact position that shapes how customers scale AI in healthcare.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design and implement production-grade data pipelines, lakes, lakehouses, and data mesh architectures within enterprise HCLS environments
- Build data products serving multiple downstream use cases (AI/ML training, agentic AI) with data quality and lineage at scale
- Operate autonomously on data modeling, pipeline design, and architecture in fast-moving delivery engagements
- Navigate complex data access, security, and privacy requirements (GxP, HIPAA) in pharma/healthcare
- Architect contextual knowledge layers (ontologies, knowledge graphs) leveraging AWS Context and Bedrock Knowledge Bases
- Collaborate across IT, business, and partner teams to resolve data quality and access challenges
- Deliver iteratively when requirements are ambiguous, translating needs into scalable data solutions
- Apply AI-DLC methodologies to redesign data workflows for AI-native scale
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years in data engineering, data architecture, or data platform development with hands-on production pipelines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Proficiency in modern data platform patterns (lakes, lakehouses, data mesh) and streaming architectures using AWS services
- Experience with ontologies and knowledge graphs in enterprise settings
