Overview
As Senior Engagement Manager, you will lead and shape large, multi-workstream transformation programs for HealthCare and Life Sciences within AWS ProServe. You’ll drive delivery quality, velocity, and executive alignment across customers, partners, and AWS teams to achieve AI-enabled modernization outcomes. Your role combines program leadership with governance, risk management, and a focus on measurable business value. You’ll influence senior stakeholders and steer AI-native delivery models to scale impact.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Build and nurture executive relationships (VP+), providing strategic guidance on program direction and risk
- Manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability in fast-changing environments
- Coordinate across business units, IT, and partners to align priorities, timelines, and success definitions
- Define measurable business outcomes and translate progress into executive-ready value narratives
- Oversee program financial health, including forecasting, revenue recognition, change control, and scope management
- Influence teams to adopt AI-augmented development workflows with clear operating models and governance
- Drive adoption of AI-DLC methodologies to accelerate scale and deliver outcomes-based governance
- Establish governance for agentic AI, ensuring observability, cost controls, human-in-the-loop checks, and compliance with regulations (HIPAA, GxP)
- Surface opportunities for AWS innovation to accelerate customer goals and scale
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
- 5+ years leading technology transformation programs with multi-workstream delivery and $5M+/year revenue
- Healthcare and/or life sciences industry experience
- Experience with fixed-price, milestone-based delivery, scope and risk management, and financial discipline
- Experience with emerging delivery methodologies and governance for technology-driven delivery models
- Stakeholder management
- Strategic advisory for VP+ executives
- Proactive risk management and problem solving
