Overview
In this role, you architect tailored, scalable cloud solutions for enterprise customers, guiding them from pre-sales through delivery to achieve business outcomes. You will coordinate between ProServe account teams and delivery units, ensuring solutions are realistic and impactful while driving SOW signings and high CSAT. A focus on AI/Agentic AI architectures and Retail/Commerce domains anchors your work, with cross-Amazon collaboration when pursuits span multiple units. You’ll mentor others and share reusable artifacts to raise the team’s collective capability.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Create and lead solution designs addressing customer business outcomes across migrations, modernization, AI/ML, and cloud-native architectures
- Act as the conduit between ProServe Account Executives and Shared Delivery Teams to ensure feasible and optimized proposals
- Provide technical expertise throughout the pre-sales process and customer journey, architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions
- Demonstrate depth in AI, Agentic AI, and Retail/Commerce verticals
- Engage French-speaking customers and stakeholders with technical guidance and presentations in French
- Collaborate across Amazon organizations when pursuits span Commerce, Supply Chain, AdTech, and Customer Experience
- Drive SOW signings and successful implementations exceeding CSAT expectations
- Share knowledge through mentoring, training, and reusable artifacts
- Support production-proven solutions that are discoverable and deployable across global ProServe teams
- Provide guidance on emerging technologies including Generative AI and intelligent commerce solutions
- Operate across technologies and languages to bring appropriate AWS and Amazon capabilities to customer challenges
- Lead migration architecture reviews and contribute to cross-functional pursuits with domain experts
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 8+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units, geographies, or matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated experience in Cloud or AI/ML solution design including Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures
- Experience in the Retail, Consumer Goods (RCG), or Commerce industry vertical
- Degree in advanced technology, or AWS Professional level certification
- Experience working across Amazon business units (e.g., AWS, Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, Supply Chain, Connect)
