In this role you lead the delivery of large, multi-workstream healthcare and life sciences transformation programs for AWS ProServe. You coordinate 50+ cross-functional teams of builders, partners, and customers to achieve AI, data, and enterprise modernization outcomes. You shape program direction, proactively manage risks and interdependencies, and drive AI-native development approaches at scale. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Build and nurture executive relationships (VP+) and provide strategic counsel on program direction, health, risks, and trade-offs
- Proactively manage interdependencies and risks, ensuring accountable delivery in dynamic environments
- Orchestrate across business lines, IT, and partner teams to align priorities, timelines and success definitions
- Define and track measurable business outcomes as the north star, translating progress into executive-ready ROI narratives
- Own program financial health including forecasting, revenue recognition, change management, and scope control for fixed-price milestones
- Influence AI-enabled delivery teams, establish operating models and AI guardrails for responsible AI
- Drive adoption of AI-DLC methodologies, adapt governance for AI-native builds, manage multi-agent workflows at scale
- Establish governance for agentic AI in delivery with observability, cost controls, human-in-the-loop, and regulatory compliance
- Surface innovations across AWS teams to accelerate customer outcomes and scale
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years leading technology transformation programs with multi-workstream delivery and $5M+ annual services revenue
- Experience with fixed-price, milestone-based delivery models and rigorous scope, risk, and financial management
- Experience adopting new delivery methodologies and governance models for technology-driven delivery
- Experience in healthcare and/or life sciences industries
- Preferred: AWS certifications or equivalent in cloud/program management
- Experience managing programs with multiple delivery partners and governance of partner workstreams
- Experience in AI/ML and data transformation programs with credible technical engagement
- Experience serving as trusted advisor to VP+ executives and influencing scope/investment decisions
- Experience with software development and AI-DLC governance at leadership level
