Job Description:

In this role, you will oversee hotel contracts within the region, managing all commercial relationship aspects to ensure the company remains competitive.

  • Manage relationships with external partners at all levels, ensuring strong communication and collaboration
  • Secure exclusive rates within the hotel portfolio, driving value and competitiveness
  • Meet revenue targets by leveraging market knowledge and partner engagement
  • Serve as the regional hotel expert with up-to-date market insights
  • Identify new accounts and suppliers to expand reach and influence
  • Monitor contract competitiveness and utilization to maximize performance
  • Build and maintain relationships, offering feedback and fostering long-term partnerships
  • Address new opportunities or challenges promptly
  • Analyze data to provide actionable recommendations
  • Support training and development efforts, along with other duties as required
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events to strengthen brand presence and network

Experience Required:

  • FLUENT GERMAN SPEAKER ESSENTIAL
  • Understanding of hotel distribution networks, channels, and management technology
  • Recent experience with static and BAR hotel contracts in the Irish market
  • Strong negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels, including hotel owners and managers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Data analysis skills
