The Junior Sales Operations Analyst will support the strategic process of our Sales Operations team, enabling data-driven decisions across global B2B markets. This role is essential to scaling our operational excellence and ensuring that revenue planning, sales funnel tracking, and pricing strategies are executed efficiently.
You will work closely with our Sales Operations Expert, Philipp, and collaborate with other team members to streamline processes, automate reporting, and enhance visibility on performance across sales teams and markets.

You will:
- Contribute to creating and automating sales reports that enable data-driven decisions and improve visibility across the organization
- Assist with sales attainment calculations, territory planning, market research, and analysis; ensure our book of business remains accurate and up-to-date
- Monitor funnel metrics and contribute to performance analyses to support continuous development
- Review pricing and discount data for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with commercial strategy
- Drive process excellence across sales and reporting functions
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Market Teams to support operational needs
- Maintain and improve HubSpot data hygiene and usage
You bring:
- Previous experience in Sales Operations, Financial Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar role (internship or Working Student position preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of CRM and data tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Looker)
- Comfort working with large datasets and cross-functional teams
- A structured, proactive mindset — problem-solving and process improvement orientation
- Effective English communication skills (German is a plus)
- A passion for data analysis and understanding the \’why\‘ behind the numbers
- Ability to collaborate across departments and stakeholders
- Capability to bring structure to complex situations
- Use of data to support business decisions and create real-world impact
- Interest in exploring and growing within Sales Operations
- Ownership mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
