People Operations Manager (German Speaker) in Berlin

• We’re currently looking for a People Operations Manager to join our People Team onsite in Berlin. In this role, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our people processes run smoothly and efficiently across a diverse and growing global team
• You’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day people operations, and above all, a kind, humble, and approachable presence that supports our team at every stage of their employee journey
• Be a welcoming, approachable, and reliable guide for team members through the different stages of their lifecycle at AMBOSS, offering proactive and thoughtful support that enhances the employee experience
• Together with the team, co-own our employee support channels via Zendesk, resolving queries with empathy, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Prepare and manage essential documents such as contracts, amendments, side letters, certificates, and reference letters
• Support the smooth running of our international payroll processes, collaborating closely with the Finance team and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Maintain impeccable data integrity in our HRIS, keeping employee records accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations
• Lead and contribute to People Operations initiatives: from streamlining workflows to launching process improvements, ensuring every project helps us scale smarter
• Leverage and incorporate AI and automation tools into People Ops workflows to help us work more efficiently
• Actively contribute to strategic projects on our People Roadmap
• Collaborate cross-functionally with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Managers on key initiatives and cross-departmental projects
