- Support team members through different stages of their employee lifecycle
- Co-own employee support channels via Zendesk and resolve queries
- Prepare and manage contracts, amendments, side letters, certificates, and reference letters
- Support international payroll processes with Finance and external partners
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and compliant employee records in the HRIS
- Lead and contribute to People Operations initiatives and process improvements
- Incorporate AI and automation tools into People Operations workflows
- Contribute to strategic projects on the People Roadmap
- Collaborate with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Managers on cross-functional initiatives
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in People Operations across the full employee lifecycle
- Solid understanding of German labor law and HR compliance standards
