About the position

As the newest member of our team, you’ll play a key role in translating business needs into technical solutions within the domain of infrastructure compensation and tolling. You’ll work on both internal projects and directly with clients, gathering and refining requirements into actionable insights that drive project success. In this consultant role, your expertise will help guide stakeholders and development teams from concept through to implementation, ensuring every solution delivers meaningful impact.

Your tasks may include:

  • Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to understand their business needs and translating these into structured, detailed technical requirements for the development team.
  • Analyzing business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement areas and providing actionable insights that influence both project outcomes and strategic business decisions.
  • Facilitating clear communication between technical and non-technical team members, ensuring requirements are accurately translated and aligned with the engineering team’s goals.
  • Maintaining essential documentation, such as requirements specifications, user stories, and workflows, to provide clear guidance throughout the project.
  • Leading workshops and discussions with stakeholders and team members, fostering alignment on goals, objectives, and priorities.

Your profile

  • Proven experience in a Business Analyst or similar role within a technical or product development environment.
  • Solid technical foundation, ideally with a background in STEM, that allows you to bridge the gap between business and technology effectively.
  • Proficiency in both German and English at the C1 level.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
