Work starting on 16 October at a Data Centre in Frankfurt.
We are looking for experienced and reliable subcontracting engineers - both individuals and teams - to work on structural cabling and fiber optic installation projects in various countries.
Currently, we are executing multiple long-term projects, with more starting at the beginning of next year, providing stable and long-term cooperation opportunities for suitable candidates.

Industry:Structural Cabling / Fiber Optic Infrastructure
Work Environment:Data center construction sites, working at heights, and in live data centers.
Required Skills and Experience
- Installation of fiber optic cabling and copper cables Cat 6 / Cat 6A
- Fiber optic testing using Fluke Versiv and Viavi devices
- MTP fiber optic splicing and routing
- Routing and laying fiber optic and copper cables in open cable trays (baskets) and in rack cabinets
- Experience in pulling and installing cables in secured cable routes
- Working in live data halls, adhering to strict safety standards
Note: Lack of experience in some areas does not disqualify candidates. Experience can be gained on-site by working alongside qualified engineers.
Required Tools (own tools)
A basic set of personal tools is required, including:
- Electric scissors
- Impact drill or drill-driver
- Complete set of screwdrivers
- Socket set
- Flat/open-end wrenches
Preferred Certificates (optional)
- IPAF license (operating lifts)
- Working at Heights certificate
Workwear Requirements
Required personal workwear:
- Black t-shirt
- S1 safety boots with ankle protection
Provided by the employer:
- Safety helmet
- High-visibility vest
- Gloves
Working Hours
Work 6 days a week:
- Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 19:00
- Saturday: 07:00 - 17:00
- Sunday: Day off
Accommodation
Comfortable accommodation near the work site is provided:
- Apartments for up to 4 people
- A separate single room for each engineer
- Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and bathroom
- Accommodation is typically within 30 minutes of the work site
- Engineers organize their own commute from their accommodation to the work site
Travel
- We provide flight tickets from the home country to the country of work
- If traveling by car from the home country, fuel costs will be reimbursed
