Inside Sales Representative EHS

Als Inside Sales Representative EHS ondersteun je de ontwikkeling en kwalificatie van de verkooppipeline in de DACH-regio en identificeer je nieuwe zakelijke mogelijkheden voor EHS (Environment, Health & Safety). Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential customers through targeted outreach, leveraging market research and personalized communication to uncover business needs and spark interest for AMCS Account Executives. Qualify incoming leads using MICE (MEDDPIC) and schedule initial conversations. Assess customer needs and match them to AMCS solutions. Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers in target companies such as Safety Managers, Compliance Managers, and Heads of EHS. Develop structured outreach plans using email, phone, and social media to nurture leads over time and increase conversion rates. Document all activities and lead progress meticulously in Salesforce. Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to hand off qualified leads. Share observations and data‑driven insights with Marketing and Sales to refine target‑audience strategies and improve lead generation. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and at least two years of Inside Sales experience in a SaaS environment with solid understanding of market and product dynamics. Strong communication skills – speaking, writing, listening, and presenting – in German and English. Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and lead qualification. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable way. Self‑motivated with a proactive, hunter‑oriented mindset. Excellent multitasking abilities and high attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools. Proficiency in working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Desired
Fluent in an additional language besides German and English. Experience with SaaS solutions in the EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) domain. Benefits
