UX Project Manager (ICAM SSO Focus) (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Lead UX‑focused project management for SSO modernization, ensuring user flows and onboarding experiences are optimized and consistent.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate ICAM requirements into UX artifacts and coordinate cross‑functional teams for Entra ID and Okta integrations.
• Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables for UX initiatives and ensure alignment with Zero Trust and NIST standards.

Required Experience

• Hands‑on experience with UX processes, including user research, prototyping, and journey mapping.
• Working knowledge of ICAM, SSO, and authentication technologies like Entra ID and Okta.
• Strong communication skills to brief leadership and collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
