In this role, you'll join our Experience Studio, a global multidisciplinary team that transforms strategic objectives into innovative events.
You'll become part of the 15‑person team in Germany and create meaningful events for our corporate clients.

What You'll Do
- Independently lead end‑to‑end program delivery, from consultation and concept development through proposal, contract management, production, and final billing.
- Oversee full program lifecycle within management systems, from venue sourcing to post‑event reconciliation.
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts across venues, travel, and third‑party suppliers, ensuring strong partnerships and favorable terms.
- Drive communication and alignment across stakeholders, providing regular updates and leading status meetings to ensure milestone achievement.
- Manage complex, large‑scale, international, and executive‑level programs, including VIP logistics and specialized requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships, delivering high‑touch service and exceptional experience outcomes.
- Own financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and billing accuracy in partnership with accounting.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience (ideally 2 years in our industry).
- Humor in all life and project situations.
- Self‑confident demeanor, strong presentation skills, and negotiation expertise.
- Resilience and composure under pressure.
- Business acumen and excellent time management.
- Proficiency with modern software solutions including event management, project management and AI tools, and willingness to work from home (office available only in Frankfurt).
- Proactive approach and forward‑thinking project management planning.
- German at native speaker level, English at business fluency level. Additional foreign languages are a plus.
