How will you make an impact in this role?
The Senior Manager MemberMarketing plays a key role in driving sustainable growth for the German market contributing to organization success driving customer revenue growth by creating customer loyalty and delivering best-in-class marketing communication.
In your role, together with your team of experienced marketeers, you are leading the marketing and communication strategy to drive spend and revenue growth from existing B2B and B2C customer. You are responsible for developing and maintaining a success-oriented and sound contact and channel strategy spanning across the customer lifecycle. Synchronizing and prioritizing marketing efforts efficiently across different teams as acquisition, early engagement & retention and product management to ensure highest impact is a key part of your day to day work. You know how to drive efficiencies and leveraging marketing planning and measuring tools and KPIs to improve marketing ROIs.
- Revenue Growth: Leveraging customer relationships to drive spend & card fee growth and coverage awareness, maximizing share of wallet and loyalty at the right margins
- Member Experience: Ensure impactful Card Member interactions through the right channels, timing, and content to drive business results and ensure a holistic and engaging member experience
- Data-Driven and result-oriented: Optimizing and prioritizing marketing investments based on core KPIs. Setting ambitious goals and continuously evaluating and monitoring business impact and success
- Digitization and Automation: Leverage capabilities to improve efficiency and personalize customer interactions, ultimately driving better results and higher ROI
- Collaboration: Manage relationships across local and international enterprise functions with Acquisition & Early Engagement, Product Management and Merchant Marketing
- Marketing Governance: Ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulation
- People Leadership: Attracting and retaining top talent as well as developing all colleagues to their maximum leadership potential
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of solid professional experience in B2C and/or B2B Marketing
- University degree with preferred focus on Marketing
- Proven track-record of driving sustainable business results
- Strong analytical and result-oriented skills and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong Interpersonal skills and experience in stakeholder management and w orking with cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation
- Demonstrated experience and capability to lead, coach, develop and inspire a diverse and high performing team
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the payment industry as well as in marketing automation is an advantage
