Overview
In this role you will grow AIG’s Financial Lines portfolio in Eastern Europe, designing strategy and processes to scale across multiple markets. You will manage relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders, underwriting risks to build a long-term, sustainable portfolio. You’ll work with actuarial and regional leaders to align with Europe-wide strategy and drive profitable growth. This is an opportunity to shape Financial Lines in a dynamic, international environment and deliver measurable impact.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Grow the Financial Lines portfolio in Eastern Europe
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as the main Financial Lines contact for Eastern European brokers
- Collaborate with the actuarial team to ensure portfolio sustainability
- Align with European underwriting managers and Head of FL Europe on long-term strategy
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Extensive experience in Financial Lines underwriting (preferably across multiple products)
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Finance or Law preferred)
- Strong negotiation and risk analysis skills
- Proactive, curious about new business opportunities
- Flexible, ambitious, independent
- Fluent in English; Eastern European language skills a plus
