EMEA Claims Account Relationship Manager (CARM) (f/m/x)

EMEA Claims Account Relationship Manager (CARM) based in Germany, responsible for managing claims relationships for AIG's most strategic multinational clients, primarily across the DACH region and EMEA. The role acts as the client's advocate within Claims, supports retention and new business growth, and helps position AIG as a preferred insurer for major clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage claims relationships for assigned major accounts.
• Support client retention and acquisition efforts.
• Represent Claims in client and broker meetings.
• Coordinate resolution of complex claims issues across business lines.
• Develop and distribute claims protocols and bulletins.
• Lead claims reviews for designated clients.
• Facilitate claims data services and Intellirisk implementation.
• Maintain Salesforce/client activity records.
• Drive claims process improvements and best practices.
• Communicate claim trends, regulatory developments, and organizational updates.
• Partner with underwriting, multinational teams, marketing, communications, and other stakeholders.
• Manage designated projects and client satisfaction initiatives.

Key Requirements

• At least several years of broad claims experience.
• Multiple language capabilities.
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
• Negotiation skills for complex claims issues.
• Presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to leverage customer insight, NPS, CAB, and competitive analysis.
• Experience collaborating across Claims, Marketing, Distribution, Communications, and Product teams.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA.
