2. Short-notice cancellations in the team, change requests from the speaker, rearranging the table organization – you react confidently and create a positive atmosphere.
3. You have completed training in the hotel/catering industry and have practical professional experience in banquet service as well as initial experience as a supervisor or team leader.
4. Fluent German and good English skills are an absolute requirement.

1. For our banquet service team with 2 additional employees, we are looking for a motivated team leader who has operational experience and actively participates in the team.
2. You inspire our guests and customers and provide them with unforgettable hours.
3. You are in the middle of things instead of just being there and make the impossible possible.
4. As a modern and cooperative leader, you motivate your team and continuously develop them through training and development programmes.
5. You are also responsible for scheduling, ordering, and making sales promotion suggestions.
