• You have a completed apprenticeship in a craftsman\’s profession or are a graduate engineer, master craftsman, or technician with several years of experience in maintenance and servicing.

Your Passion:

• You are on the spot whenever there is a problem and assist your colleagues and guests with any arising malfunctions and problems.
• You are a team leader, always pulling the strings and ensuring smooth processes in the building services department.
• During your regular rounds through the hotel, you will inspect all technical equipment and systems, keeping them in good working order.
• You coordinate, monitor, and control external service providers.
• You ensure efficient energy management and guarantee a safe and harmless working environment for guests and colleagues.
