• With your uncomplicated, cheerful, and guest-oriented manner, you will offer our guests a unique and unforgettable stay.
• You have the desire to develop yourself daily and to learn new things.
• You have completed an apprenticeship or studied in the hotel industry or have gained some experience at the front office.

Your Passion:

• You will be in charge of our switchboard and serve as the first contact for guests and external callers for all telephone inquiries.
• From arrival to departure, you ensure guest satisfaction and impress with insider tips.
• You answer every question on the phone with a smile in your voice or pass it on appropriately.
• You listen carefully and observe closely to ensure every guest sleeps in the right bed.
• You are an absolute team player and support where needed, e.g., with concierge services.
