• You have completed an apprenticeship in the hospitality industry as a technician and/or hold a degree, with initial IT experience.

Your Passion:

• You advise colleagues on IT and EDP problems and provide professional support.
• You monitor the ticket system, prioritize requests, and ensure prompt resolution.
• You train colleagues and facilitate understanding through clear guidelines, as many have questions about IT.
• You assist with setup and support of workstations (Windows, printers, telephony, mobile devices) and troubleshoot daily operational issues.
