In this vital role as Key Account Manager, you will be part of the Value, Access Policy (VA P) Team and report to the Head of Key Account Management. You will take primary responsibility for end-to-end key account partnerships for the entire Amgen portfolio, contribute to create strong awareness of the value beyond price and create an optimal business environment for Amgen in key accounts.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers and establish long-term customer relationshipsDevelop, implement and update strategic account plans for assigned accounts and identify account-development opportunitiesPrepare and lead annual discussions as well as price contract negotiations within defined pricing strategy and guardrailsCreate strong awareness of the value beyond price for our entire portfolioContinuously gather and assess insights on product evaluations, volumes, customer needs, competitive activity for key accounts to feed into adaption of strategy and commercial actions across the Amgen portfolioSupport innovative product launches with hospital pharmacists and purchasers/wholesalersCommunicate relevant healthcare policy, regulatory and reimbursement developments in a clear and customer-relevant mannerPartner with sales representatives for customer insight and planning activitiesHelp to organize congresses and other external events in collaboration with the ACCPWINWhat we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
