- Independent, structured and precise way of working as well as a strong understanding of numbers
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Experience with ERP systems (ideally ProAlpha)
YOUR TASKS
- Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Checking, account assignment and posting of all business transactions
- Independent and autonomous processing of day-to-day business
in financial, personnel and payroll accounting - Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
- Supporting controlling in the preparation of internal statistics and business evaluations
- Correspondence and communication with business partners, tax offices, health insurance companies and other authorities
