- Completed commercial training
- Professional experience in operational procurement, preferably at a technical or manufacturing company
- Strong skills in dealing with suppliers and purchasing terms
- Technical understanding and an interest in mechanical engineering and technical products
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (ProAlpha preferred)
- Good written and spoken German; knowledge of English is a plus
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a structured approach to work
- An independent, reliable, and team-oriented work style
YOUR TASKS
- Operational Procurement of Materials, Components, and Services
- Requesting and Comparing Quotes
- Creating and Editing Purchase Orders
- Support and Communication with Our Suppliers
- Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring a timely supply of materials
- Maintenance of supplier, item, and order data in the ERP system
- Processing Order Confirmations and Invoices
- Participation in price negotiations and optimization of purchasing terms
- Close collaboration with Design, Production, Project Management, and other internal departments
