Job description: You will coordinate and moderate multidisciplinary teams to investigate and resolve quality issues according to the 8D/9S process You identify the causes of quality problems through thorough analysis of data, processes and products You will develop effective solutions to address quality issues and prevent their recurrence You will work with relevant departments to implement problem-solving measures and ensure that they are effective You will generate detailed reports on the entire 8D/9S process, including problem definition, root cause analysis, solution development and implementation status Profile You have successfully completed a technician/master craftsman or a degree (aircraft construction, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar) You have already gained in-depth experience in the application of 8D methods (LEAN, SIX Sigma) for problem solving and quality assurance You have knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and quality management tools You have strong communication and teamwork skills The ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritize complex problems distinguishes you
