Job Description
Objective:
- Advising and supporting the project manager in achieving the goals of the project, in particular the elimination of the gap in the E2E MeMi process.
- Conception of an overarching KPI system for the evaluation of the MeMi process.
- Close interlocking and coordination between stakeholders.
- Identification of potentials for achieving goals.
- Preparation of deadlines and decision templates.
- Documentation of the results.
Tasks:
- Advising the project manager on the planning and implementation of the project:
- Assessment of the current situation of the E2E-MeMi process.
- Identification of the causes for the emergence of gaps.
- Development of improvement potentials and a target process.
- Obtaining the necessary decision for implementation.
Skills:
- Very good communication skills, especially in interactions with senior management stakeholders.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Extensive experience in project management and transformation and change programs, preferably in interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
