Job Description
Our satellite ground systems are valued by our customers for their reliability and performance. The „Project IT“ team designs these systems and is responsible for the regular maintenance, care, regeneration of the components, and continuous further development. We are looking for you to develop our systems and guarantee their operation! As an IT System Specialist – IT Asset Management, you will play a significant role in our success!
- You will be responsible for the maintenance of the project-related CMDB.
- You will ensure sufficient licensing of the project systems and monitor durations.
- You will analyze the scope of IT systems with the IT systems engineers.
- You will liaise with suppliers and the project team to find solutions that meet customer requirements.
- You possess technical expertise and are proactive in acquiring information on IT systems.
- You have a degree focused on IT, completed vocational training as an IT specialist, or a comparable qualification.
- You think outside the box and are enthusiastic about challenging, diverse technical tasks.
- ITIL processes are familiar to you.
- You can work independently and in interdisciplinary project teams.
- You have a high sense of responsibility.
- You communicate in a solution-oriented, convincing, friendly, and honest manner.
- You possess written and spoken skills in both German and English.
