Our Social Intranet Relaunch Project is an exciting initiative aimed at transforming how our team communicates, collaborates, and shares knowledge across the organization. This relaunch will create a user-friendly, dynamic platform designed to bring people closer, streamline workflows, and enhance access to essential information. Our goal is to foster a vibrant digital workspace that empowers everyone to stay informed, engaged, and productive.

With features that promote seamless collaboration, personalized content, and intuitive navigation, the new intranet will serve as a central hub for internal communications, knowledge sharing, and team-building. This project goes beyond simply refreshing our current tools – it’s about reimagining the way we connect and work together, no matter where we’re located.

strategic & impactful – Your Responsibilities

1. Training Concept Development: Design a comprehensive and well-structured training concept to effectively coach our users. From initial idea to execution, you’ll set the standard for learning.
2. Creation of Training Materials: Develop professional training resources, including presentations, videos, and manuals that communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
3. Team Work: Oversee a small team for the training creation, including three working students in Würzburg who will assist with material creation. You’ll provide clear guidance, share expertise, and be their go-to person for questions and coaching.
4. Progress Monitoring: Ensure timely delivery and quality of all training materials. You’ll recognize potential roadblocks early and steer the team toward effective solutions.

1. Experience in Training Development: You bring solid experience in designing and creating training materials and have the skills to develop a comprehensive training concept from strategy through to implementation.
2. Project Management Skills: With your experience in team and project management, you’ll guide the working students in their daily tasks, helping them succeed and contribute meaningfully.
3. Subject Matter Expertise: You have in-depth knowledge of the training topics and can effectively simplify complex content for diverse audiences.
4. Technical Skills: You’re proficient with tools for creating presentations, videos, and manuals, and you know how to use them effectively to deliver impactful training.
5. Strong Communication: You communicate clearly and constructively with both your team and other stakeholders. You’re a dependable point of contact for guidance and coaching.
6. Organizational Talent and Self-Motivation: You work independently and methodically, efficiently prioritize tasks, and keep an eye on the big picture.
7. Flexibility and Adaptability: You’re responsive to new requirements and evolving training needs, coaching your team and adjusting as necessary.
