Responsibilities
- Establish and monitor agile practices in tribes and squads. Ensure adherence to scrum processes and maintain tools such as Jira.
- Promote team self-organization through training and guidance on topics such as user stories, backlog management, and agile mindset.
- Plan and moderate scrum events.
- Measure team progress, build KPIs, and analyze agile metrics for continuous optimization. Monitor team velocity to improve sprint planning.
- Identify and remove obstacles.
- Organize and support the onboarding and offboarding of new team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Several years of experience as a scrum master, ideally in agile large projects or scaled frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
