h4Your mission /h4pp p p p In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for inbound leads , combining consultative sales with hands-on customer onboarding . /p /pp p You will guide prospects and customers from a technical and product perspective , help them successfully onboard and set up the platform, and proactively identify upselling opportunities based on customer needs. /p /pp p This role is fully inbound-focused and ideal for a junior sales professional . /p /pp p Tasks: /p /pullip Handle inbound sales inquiries from Swiss and German speaking prospects (if possible also French) and guide them through the product from a technical and business perspective /p /lilip Support customers during the entire onboarding and setup process , ensuring a smooth and successful start with amnis /p /lilip Understand customer needs and pains and match suitable amnis solutions , including FX, payments, cards, and additional services /p /lilip Convince and upsell customers through value-based product pitching during onboarding and ongoing usage /p /lilip Collaborate closely with sales, operations, compliance, and product teams /p /lilip Contribute to internal improvements to continuously enhance customer experience and processes /p /li /ul /p /pp br/p /ph4Your profile /h4pullip Strong (near-native) (Swiss-) German speaking and good English skills (company language is English).
