Administrative Support – Relationship Management Responsibilities
Assisting Relationship Managers with day‑to‑day work, including monitoring of deposits, loans and bonds, cash management, corporate actions and buy and sell recommendations
Handling client queries independently
Creating KYC files and managing the account opening and closing process
Managing the Relationship Manager’s agenda
Preparing client visits
Performing other administrative tasks and ad‑hoc requests
Supporting the team with compliance or client‑related projects as required
Requirements
Commercial, economics or legal studies
Fluent in English (other languages an asset)

Active development of the book by bringing new high net worth clients from MENA, LATAM, or Eastern Europe

Defining advisory processes and agreements that best meet clients’ needs, in cooperation with the Investment Advisor

Requirements
Several years of experience in wealth management with proven track record in client management and business development in Middle Eastern markets, Latin America, and Eastern Europe
Existing network in the targeted markets capable of generating prospects and clients quickly
Comprehensive knowledge in financial products and services, particularly in Wealth Management as well as Investment Banking and Asset Management
University degree in business, finance or economics
