Responsabilities:
Play a key role in validating and troubleshooting advanced power electronics and RF systems, ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of innovative products throughout the product development lifecycle.
Perform incoming inspection of electronic components and materials, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality requirements.
Execute functional, electrical and full-power testing of PCBs, assemblies and complete systems within the company's test laboratory.
Diagnose failures, perform troubleshooting and repair electronic assemblies, including soldering and component replacement when required.
Support commissioning activities and participate in system validation and acceptance testing.
Develop, review and continuously improve test procedures, work instructions and technical documentation.
Define test requirements and contribute to the development of new testing methods in close collaboration with the R&D Engineering team
Design, assemble and optimize test setups and laboratory fixtures to improve testing efficiency and reliability.
Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers, presenting test results and collaborating with Engineering and Project Management during inspections.
Skills:
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
At least 4–5 years of experience in testing electronic equipment, preferably in power electronics systems.
Experience working in an R&D or industrial testing laboratory.
Excellent knowledge of German and English (written and spoken).
Strong understanding of electrical and electronic circuits and measurement techniques.
Practical experience using laboratory measurement equipment, including Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, RF Power Meters and Power Analyzers.
Experience with PCB testing, diagnostics and electronic repair.
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
Knowledge of high-voltage and Radio Frequency (RF) systems is considered a strong advantage.
