Portfolio Performance & Value Creation Officer

ppA privately owned international investment group is seeking a bPortfolio Performance Value Creation Officer /b to work across its diversified portfolio of businesses. /p pThis is a bhands-on and pragmatic role /b combining portfolio performance, investment analysis, governance and operational value creation. /p pYou will work closely with portfolio company management teams to understand and challenge performance, assess investment opportunities, strengthen governance and support the execution of practical improvement initiatives. /p h3Profile /h3 pWe are looking for approximately b7–12 years of relevant experience /b, ideally gained within: /p pPrivate Equity / Portfolio Operations / Value Creation /p pInvestment groups, family offices or diversified holdings /p pStrategy consulting with strong PE or operational performance exposure /p pCorporate finance / transactions combined with meaningful operational experience /p pPortfolio performance or investment roles within international businesses /p pStrong fundamentals are essential. You should be comfortable with bcompany valuation, financial analysis, investment assessment, business performance and corporate governance /b, and able to move easily between analysis and operational realities. /p pWe are particularly interested in candidates who are bhands-on, pragmatic, commercially minded and versatile /b — able to understand the numbers, challenge assumptions and work effectively with CEOs and CFOs. /p pExposure to bcommodities, international trade, logistics, trade finance or industrial businesses /b would be particularly valuable. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
