We’re looking for a Strategic Brand & Growth Lead to help shape our next stage of growth.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
We are not looking for someone to simply manage social media or execute campaigns. We are looking for a strategic mind, someone who knows how to build brand authority, craft compelling narratives, leverage AI and digital tools, and turn visibility into meaningful business opportunities.
Working directly with the Founder & CEO, you will play a key role in strengthening Ampersand World’s international positioning across Executive Search, Advisory and premium industry events within the commodities, energy and trade finance sectors.
Your profile
You are curious, commercially minded and highly autonomous. You enjoy both thinking strategically and making things happen.
You bring:
- Proven experience in brand strategy, marketing and business growth.
- Outstanding writing and storytelling skills.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy and AI-powered tools.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership.
- Fluency in English and French , both written and spoken.
