Java Technical Lead

Experience required At least 8 years of experience as Technical Lead, Technical Architect or Senior Software Engineer. Strong experience with Java, Spring and API-based architectures. Experience with Agile delivery methods (Scrum). Strong experience with SQL and relational databases. Demonstrated leadership, coaching and mentoring capabilities. Financial Services Domain Experience (Banking/Wealth Mgmt/Asset Mgmt) Good knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Maven and modern software engineering practices. Preferred experience with Kubernetes, Docker and container-based deployments. Preferred experience with Kafka, MQSeries or equivalent messaging technologies. Proven experience designing and evolving enterprise-grade software architectures. Experience working in complex and business-critical environments, ideally in financial services. Strong analytical skills, autonomy and ownership mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You combine strong engineering expertise with architectural vision and a pragmatic delivery mindset. You are comfortable operating from high-level architecture discussions down to implementation details and production support challenges. Responsibilities As Technical Architect for the Fees product, you will own the technical vision and architecture of a strategic platform supporting fee calculation, commission management and billing activities. You will play a central role in the modernization of the platform and in the establishment of a engineering capability. Acting as the technical reference for the product, you will guide architecture decisions, coach engineers and ensure the delivery of scalable, resilient and maintainable solutions aligned with business objectives and the Custody
