Job Description:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of project management and PMO leadership experience in the financial industry.
  • World-class experience in implementing SuccessFactors suite, including modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Interview Scheduling, Data Warehouse, Time Tracking, Talent Marketplace & Skills, Employee Listening, and Case Management.
  • Deep understanding of HR Operating models and HR Process design.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a multiyear/multimillion SuccessFactors end-to-end implementation.
  • SAP certified with several years of technical expertise in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules as well as system integrations with legacy platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive technical PMO leadership for the implementation of the SuccessFactors suite in the financial industry.
  • Thought partner with our internal project teams as well as the designated implementation partner to ensure the quality of the implementation.
  • Leverage previous implementation experience to challenge decisions on both functional and technical elements to ensure a state-of-the-art implementation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation plans.
  • Assist/provide insights in designing HR Operating models and optimizing HR processes as part of the implementation.
  • Coordinate the configuration of SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Support system integration with other legacy HR systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, monitor progress, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support training and provide support to end-users on SuccessFactors functionality.

Training:

  • EPFL or equivalent.

  • Advanced.
