Job Description:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst in the banking sector.
- Strong experience in Mobile Banking projects as a business analyst – mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of wealth management, as well as investments and financial products.
- Strong ability to organize and effectively lead meetings, workshops, and to often address complex topics with participants from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodology (Scrum).
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to solve problems.
- Autonomy and the ability to independently analyze data from various systems.
- Very good organizational skills, good stress resistance, and the ability to manage priorities.
- Proficiency in SQL query languages, as well as database access tools.
- French is good to have and English is a must.
- Residence in Switzerland is required.
