Seeking a Technical Architect & Product Manager who can bridge business requirements and technology delivery. The role is responsible for defining technical solutions, guiding engineering teams, ensuring architectural compliance, managing technical risks, and supporting successful product delivery.

10+ years of software engineering and solution architecture experience.
Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Technical Leadership
Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
Support the Solution Architect in defining and executing the product technology roadmap.
Evaluate solution options and recommend the most suitable architecture, design patterns, and implementation approaches.
Identify technical risks, dependencies, constraints, and mitigation actions during discovery and planning phases.
Ensure technical feasibility and alignment between business requirements and technology implementation.
Communicate technical trade-offs, risks, and impacts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Produce high-level and detailed solution designs aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Define system integration, application design, deployment, and operational requirements.
Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to develop solution blueprints.
Ensure scalability, maintainability, reliability, and security principles are embedded in the solution design.
Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and engineering best practices.
Product Delivery & Engineering Governance
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide technical direction to delivery teams.
Ensure delivered solutions comply with approved architecture and development standards.
Lead technical reviews and support resolution of complex design and implementation challenges.
Drive engineering quality through code reviews, design reviews, and adherence to development standards.
Remove technical blockers and support major technology migrations and platform changes.
Ensure testing strategy is integrated into the delivery lifecycle.
Coaching & Team Enablement
Mentor engineers on architecture, design principles, and development best practices.
Promote continuous improvement and engineering excellence across the team.
Support knowledge sharing and technical upskilling initiatives.
