Your new responsibilities
Concept development and implementation of optical detectors with focus on high-speed optical data-communication
TCAD device- and process simulations
Layout definition of device test structures
Process integration of photodetector in silicon process technologies
Electro- optical measurements and selection of optical detectors, including high speed measurements
Contribution to the innovation funnel with innovative ideas
Act as a technical lead in development projects
Who we are looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in optical semiconductor sensor development, preferably with knowledge of high-speed photo detectors
Sound knowledge of silicon device- and process technology. Hands on experience in process technology development is an advantage
Experience in wafer level electro- optical measurements
Structured way of working, problem solving and documentation
Willingness and ability to work in a team and to lead a project team as technical lead
Master of science (or higher) in Physics, Microelectronics, or similar studies
Proficiency of English language
