Supplementary Information

• Your tasks include clarifying and defining project goals and missions, drafting and updating work breakdown structures.
• You are responsible for effort estimation, creating schedules, and resource planning.
• You will oversee project control, cost calculations, and risk management, maintaining oversight of budgets and risks.
• You will conduct project meetings, steering committees, and document project progress.
• You coordinate the project team and handle conflict management.
• You support the continuous improvement of aixigo\’s project management processes.

Candidate criteria

Minimum education level

Bachelor\’s Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Specialization

• You have successfully completed studies in economics, MINT, or a similar field.

Level of minimal experience

3-5 years

Experience

• You have several years of professional experience managing complex IT projects.

Required skills

• You have a keen interest or experience in the financial sector.
• You possess strong skills in process design, documentation, and project management.
• You are a strong communicator in German and English, work independently, are a team player, and have a good understanding of stakeholder needs.
